Center for Microstructure Technology (MST)

The "Zentrum für Mikrostrukturtechnik", MST (Center for Microstructure Technology) develops and produces high-quality microstructures, systems and optics before marketing them on a global basis. It also offers serial production of components and systems to match the specific requirements of customers.

The most important product areas dealt with at the Centre include ink-jet printing techniques, microspectrometers, general channelling and injection structures, masking techniques, micro-optics and lenses, excimer lasers and atomising techniques.
