Programme highlights

The content of the evening will be kicked off by Thomas Chmielnik, Head of AI at AIVISOR. As an expert in the strategic and confident introduction of AI, he helps companies to establish artificial intelligence not as a short-term trend, but as an integral part of their organisation. In his keynote speech „Structure instead of hype: How companies can systematically embed AI in 2026“ he takes an honest look back at the years 2024/2025 and shows what organisational, regulatory and technological foundations companies need today in order to use AI successfully, securely and scalably in the long term.

Afterwards there is Dr Ronny Zwinkau, Managing Director and co-founder of PartikelART Solutions GmbH from the Zentrum für Produktionstechnologie Dortmund, The presentation provides a practical insight into the structured implementation of AI projects. PartikelART Solutions develops AI-supported solutions for particle analysis and process optimisation and uses the CRISP-DM process model to show why successful AI applications always start with a clear business case as well as reliable and available data. The presentation „Recognising particles means avoiding particles - gaining knowledge from data with AI“ makes it clear how data can be turned into usable knowledge.

The third item on the programme Ulrike Fischer from the Dortmund start-up centre and owner of The desire to develop, with a compact pitch from the network of female founders. The focus is on the question of why many teams today suffer from a lack of clarity, loss of energy and tension and how this can be overcome. KRAFT model identifies these stumbling blocks in everyday working life and eliminates them sustainably.
