The workshop "Self-confident in difficult customer meetings" at the Gründerinnenzentrum Dortmund on 5 August 2025 from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm is aimed at female founders who want to strengthen their confidence in dealing with challenging customer meetings.

Participants learn how to deal with conflicts professionally, handle objections calmly and tackle uncertainties in a targeted manner. Through practical exercises, reflection and interactive methods, they develop clear, authentic communication and gain confidence in their interactions with customers.

The venue is the CampusTreff, Vogelpothsweg 120, 44227 Dortmund.

The speaker for the event is Judith Wälde. She is a certified mediator and systemic coach with over 15 years of experience in HR work. Today, she advises managers and entrepreneurs in precisely these difficult dialogue and change situations.
