Yesterday, the 14th of April, we were allowed in the TechnologyCentreDortmund (TZDO)<\/strong><\/a> welcoming international logistics start-ups to the technology park: as part of DOaccelerate<\/a> \u2013 to the Go-to-Market programme Dortmund Economic Development Agency<\/a>, teams from all over Europe were in Dortmund to get to know the local intralogistics ecosystem and to sound out initial market and cooperation opportunities.<\/p>\n

When visiting the TZDO<\/strong> <\/a>It was primarily about the question: Why is Dortmund such a strong location for intralogistics? The answers lie in the combination of research, industry, testing environments and an active start-up community.<\/p>\n

\"\"With Diego Atienza, participants gained a concrete impression of what makes Dortmund a promising location: he presented the TZDO<\/strong><\/a> as well as the resulting ZLI (Centre for Logistics and IT)<\/a> and showed which rooms, networks and support services are available here for international scale-ups.<\/p>\n

Also present were: ACI<\/a> (LT), Dommify<\/a> (PT), Hungry<\/a> (CZ), Infinite Foundry<\/a> (PT), Romb Technologies<\/a> (HR) and SQB Robotics<\/a> (RO).<\/p>\n

Thanks to the Dortmund Economic Development Agency<\/a> and the Digital Hub Logistics Dortmund<\/a> for the organisation and all teams for the visit. Days like these make visible how well connected Dortmund is and how attractive the location remains for logistics innovation and start-ups.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
