"Reclaiming simplicity with AI-based logistics"

The Future Logistics Congress is one of the traditional platforms that has been uniting science and business in dialogue for over 40 years. This year, the 43rd edition is all about Artificial intelligence (AI), resilience and sustainability - pressing issues that will determine the competitiveness of logistics systems in the future.

Whether exciting keynotes, interactive panel discussions or visionary start-up pitches - the focus here is on the ideas and solutions that will shape the logistics of tomorrow.

The event will take place from 09-10 September at the Congress Centre in the Dortmund Congress Centre (Rehinlanddamm 200, 44139 Dortmund).

Day 1 - Future plenary session (09.09.) Kick-off with keynote speeches by recognised experts, including Prof. Alice Kirchheim (Fraunhofer IML), Franz Mathi (KNAPP AG) and Dr Kerstin Höfle (Körber Supply Chain). Supplemented by a panel discussion on the role of AI, practical examples ("Space Economy" discussion) and the awarding of the interactive Digital Logistics Award
Day 2 - Fraunhofer Symposium (10 September) In-depth sessions in four thematic tracks: "AI moves" (robotics, intralogistics, air transport), "AI for resilient logistics", "AI for sustainable logistics" and "Research in the network" with hands-on workshops and insights into current research projects such as the Lamarr AI Competence Centre.
