What are we doing?

CIC stands for customised controlling, modern business intelligence and well thought-out consulting. We help companies to clearly recognise and manage figures, processes and potential - with structured planning, efficient forecasting, reporting and practical methods such as the CIC-Controlling-Check® or the CIC-Controlling-Cockpit®. Our portfolio ranges from interim controlling and seminars for managers to accounting consulting with Diamant Software.

 

Our team combines experienced consultants with motivated student trainees who bring fresh impetus and up-to-date perspectives to our projects. We are also supported by a strong network of professors and partners - with in-depth expertise in cost accounting, business intelligence, compliance and corporate governance.
