Mental health as the key to sustainable corporate success

At the 3rd Wednesday in the Biomedizin Zentrum Dortmund This time, everything revolves around a topic that is becoming increasingly important in today's working world: Mental health in the workplace. • The Techniker Krankenkasse provides insights into how companies can strategically promote mental health and why mental stability is a decisive success factor in modern organisations.
• Kathrin Klebl shows from the point of view of the LDC GmbHhow healthy structures can be implemented in everyday working life and what positive effects this has on employees and teams.
• Judith Wälde (Next Chapter Consulting) shows in her article why healthy structures are a key success factor in stress and separation situations and how managers can gain confidence and sovereignty as a result.
