Your new colleague is an AI agent. It takes over routines, thinks in a networked way and creates space for what makes you truly valuable: judgement, creativity and genuine customer focus. But many misunderstandings stand in the way. AI does not replace people - it changes how people work.

In this presentation, Dr Eldar Sultanow will explain what is important now: clear roles, new competences and the confident handling of agent systems. At the same time, you will learn why the entire business is being reorganised. Services are becoming highly individualised and standard work is disappearing. You will discover how you can use AI to create a working world in which the future does not scare you, but creates opportunities.

Dr Eldar Sultanow combines in-depth expertise with a captivating stage presence and inspires over a thousand people at conferences and events every year. As an IT strategist at Capgemini and an expert for the German Aerospace Centre (DLR), he can look back on more than 20 years of experience in professional software development: from programming to AI design. With a passion for technology, he makes complex topics understandable, arouses curiosity and motivates people to take action.

The 3rd Wednesday is a networking event for founders, start-ups and companies. It takes place quarterly at the TechnologieZentrumDortmund (TZDO) and its competence centres. 3rd Wednesday is characterised by stimulating after-work networking in a relaxed atmosphere. Participants can also look forward to keynote speeches on relevant, current topics. Presentations by companies with innovative solutions from the TZDO round off the programme of the free event.
