Technology, media, business - they are everywhere: the big promises, the buzzwords, the trends that (supposedly) change everything. Whether cryptocurrencies, biotechnology, artificial intelligence or political programmes: Hype is the wildfire of our attention economy. But what is behind it? How does hype work? When do we jump on, and when is it better to jump off?

We will be exploring precisely these questions in an informal discussion: New Yorker Felix Zeltner, journalist, podcaster and co-author of the book "HYPE" discusses the exciting topic of "hype" with Bernhard Brandwitte, technology strategist and Head of Business Development - Germany at Fsas Technologies - a Fujitsu Company.
