TK, our health partner, will provide insights in its keynote speech on how companies can strategically promote mental health and why psychological stability is a crucial success factor. The speaker, Christine Kern, Bachelor of Arts in Health Psychology and Medical Education, shares her in-depth expertise and many years of experience as a mindfulness teacher and mind-body medicine therapist. In her lecture, Ms Kern will teach you sound techniques for building up personal coping resources. You will learn to recognise stress signals at an early stage, regulate them in a targeted manner and thus increase your own performance and well-being in the long term - the basis for a resilient and healthy work culture.

The Lead Discovery Centre GmbH, based in Biomedizin Zentrum Dortmund, is a translational research company that conducts pharmaceutical drug discovery and translates academic results into applications in cooperation with its partners. Anne-Kathrin Klebl, Chief Operations Manager at LDC, explains from the perspective of LDC GmbH how to set healthy impulses for everyday work in a small company.

Judith Wälde from Next Chapter Consulting is a certified mediator, business coach, and resilience and stress trainer. After 15 years of experience in HR and leadership roles, she now supports companies and executives in critical situations: from restructures and conflicts to professional separations. Her motivation: to ensure leadership remains human and functional even in crises. In her pitch, she talks about the importance of risk and crisis management in companies. She shows why healthy structures in stressful and separation situations are a key success factor for companies and how executives can gain confidence and trust as a result.
