The Dortmund Centre for Production Technology, ZfP for short, is the competence centre for production technology at the Dortmund Technology Centre. It offers founders, start-ups, and small and medium-sized enterprises the appropriate infrastructure to translate innovative ideas and research results into marketable products and technologies.

The ZfP is aimed at founders, start-ups and growing businesses that are developing innovative processes, products and technologies for industrial application.

The available space comprises modern offices, workshop and hall areas, as well as physical laboratory spaces. The rental units can be individually selected depending on operational requirements and current availability.

At the ZfP, physical laboratory space is available for research, development and testing tasks. The laboratory areas can be supplemented with office, workshop or hall space and equipped in accordance with the technical requirements of the respective company.

Yes. The ZfP offers individual rental units and user-specific furnishing options.

The technical infrastructure includes, among other things, an air-conditioned server room and the provision of systems and technical equipment.

Yes. The ZfP has five seminar and meeting rooms ranging in size from 38 to 82 square metres. Depending on the room and seating arrangement, they offer space for events with up to 49 Persons.
