Where can you find us?

Valoon is a spin-off founded in 2022 from the Fraunhofer ISST and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT)).
We are a ConstructionTech start-up based in the Centre for Production Technology (ZfP) on Phoenix-West in Dortmund - just a stone's throw away from the Bergmann Brewery.

Our vision: to rethink digital communication and documentation on construction sites - intuitively, seamlessly and wherever work is already taking place.

What are we doing?

Valoon is a chat-based project management software for construction projects that integrates directly into popular messenger services such as WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams & Co.

No system change, no new app - but:

• Efficient communication directly in existing tools
• Structured coordination via intelligent interfaces
• Audit-proof documentation of all processes and decisions

In this way, we help construction companies and project teams to work faster, more transparently and more comprehensibly - without any media disruption.
